Pre-sales Service

① Field investigation, visit, and preliminary preparation of research report.

② Propose the optimal solution according to the actual situation of the customer.

③ Communicate and negotiate with customers to solve problems.

④ Determine the final production implementation plan.


Production Process

① According to production arrangement, timely feed back production progress to customers.

② Invite customers to inspect during production.

③ After the completion of equipment production, customers are invited to test the machine on site to check the product quality.


After-Sale Service

Take customer satisfaction as the working standard, serve customers wholeheartedly as the working responsibility, and take efficient, fast and thoughtful service as the working goal.

① Provide customers with a one-year free warranty period, and replace parts with equipment quality problems free of charge.

② Dispatch engineers to the customer's site for equipment installation, commissioning, technical guidance and personnel training.

③ The customer product data shall be permanently saved and traceable through the ISO quality certification management system.

④ Regularly pay a return visit to customers, propose equipment maintenance suggestions, and provide support for the latest technology updates.
