Machine Introduction

BC-600 series full-automatic bottle blowing machine is the most stable two-step down blowing full-automatic bottle blowing equipment in our company. From one out to one out of six chambers, it can blow 0.6L and 2L at most. It is suitable for blowing any shape of mosquito repellent liquid bottle blowing machine made of PET, PP and other crystalline plastics.

1．Fully automatic human-machine interface, convenient operation, stable operation of the whole machine, few failures, and fast bottle blowing speed.

2．All parts of the machine are reasonably selected, precision machined and made, and fine surface treated.

3．The rotary continuous embryo loading mechanism is adopted, which has great compatibility with bottle embryo, stable and continuous embryo loading, high speed, and high efficiency, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional manipulator intermittent embryo loading.

4．The bottle embryos in the heating area are arranged densely, heating speed is fast, heating is uniform, and electricity is saved.

5．The chain of the revolution drive in the heating area is imported from Japan, and the chain pitch is accurate and durable.

6．The chain driven by revolution in the heating zone is designed with a flexible tension mechanism of the die spring, which extends the service life of the chain.

7．PET bottle blowing machine is equipped with a cooling device at the bottle mouth, which can effectively protect the thread mouth of the bottle embryo.

8．The design of the spacing mechanism is reasonable, and the spacing is accurate and reliable.

9．The bottle embryo (bottle) transport mechanism adopts the servo motor and electric positioning system imported from Festo, Germany. The speed of bottle embryo (bottle) transport is fast, and the repeated positioning accuracy is high, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional pneumatic transport mechanism.

10．Cylinder type mold locking mechanism, strong mold locking, stable and reliable operation.

11．The servo motor is used to stretch the bottle embryo. The stretching speed is fast, the stretching stroke is accurate, and the stretching stroke can be set arbitrarily.

12．The combination valve imported from Festo, Germany, is selected for the air blowing (venting) system, which has a fast air blowing (venting) speed and a long service life.

13．Bottles can be directly transported to the filling line. The conveying mechanism is novel in design, and the conveying is stable and reliable.

14．Each operating mechanism of the machine is equipped with a mutual shrinking program to protect the machine.
